1.Emergent need of rotation in the roster, particularly the problems & humiliation being faced by rank & file of Lawyers fraternity in the Court Room No. 21 (Hon. Justice R.C.S. Bisen).

2. Problems being faced regarding listing of cases, particularly Not Reached matters which are not listed again over a span of 2 months.

3. Non-listing of cases for months, even after the mention memos having been submitted in the Drop Box.

4. Issues regarding website; clash between old website (CIMS) & New website (ERP). 5. Slow pace of scanning of documents in the District Court resulting in delayed issuance of certified copy, which adversely affects the litigants.
